Service Description
In this package you get 3 prenatal visits to get to know each other and go over your birth plan and comfort measures as well as nursery set up advice. you get full labor and delivery support, including breathing techniques, meditations, massage and counter presser. I stay after the birth up to 2 hours for postpartum support to get your first nursing established and making sure you and baby are healthy and happy. When you bring baby home I will come to your house for 3 postpartum visits which will be 2-4 hours, in that time I can help with any breastfeeding/ bottle feeding questions, newborn care, light household chores, and healthy meal prep.
